Eligibility
A bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 OR 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university, with not less than 50% overall aggregate marks. Students appearing for the final year examination may also apply.

- Bachelor’s degree (≥50% aggregate) in any discipline from a UGC/AIU-recognized university, comprising a minimum of 3 years of study after 10+2.
- Final-year students (appearing in 2026) may apply with a certificate confirming 50% marks. The final marksheet and degree certificate must be submitted by 1st October 2026.
- Valid score in at least one of the following aptitude tests: CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT*, ATMA, Karnataka PG-CET. The best valid score among those submitted will be considered.
*NMAT scores are considered only when accompanied by another AICTE-approved test score.

Yes. KIM Harihar offers two types of PGDM scholarships, granted strictly on a first-come-first-served basis:
- Entrance Exam Scholarship – For candidates scoring 90 percentile or above in CAT or XAT. A total of 5 scholarships are available.
- Academic Merit Scholarship – For students with 80% or above in 10th, 12th and Graduation. A total of 15 scholarships are offered.

KIM Harihar accepts valid PGDM entrance exam scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT and Karnataka PG-CET, as per AICTE and institute policy.
The institute also accepts NMAT scores for admission, however it will be considered only when accompanied by at least one AICTE-approved entrance test score. Candidates are shortlisted based on overall profile, academics, group activity and personal interview.
