The Alumni Association, registered under the Societies Act in 2015, currently comprises professionals from various industries, both national and international. The alumni also play a critical role in quality enhancement by providing periodic feedback.

As of now, KIM boasts more than 1,950 alumni members. The association organizes annual alumni events on campus and chapter meets in different metropolitan cities. It maintains a dedicated portal that not only serves as an information hub but also strengthens activities such as career guidance, student-alumni interactions, internship support, and placement preparations.
