Dr. Pai who is Senior Professor of Strategy at KIM-Harihar, has 40 years of work experience. He has conducted research in the field of Strategic Management (guided 3 Ph.D scholars successfully completed an ICSSR, New Delhi funded research project and published several research papers). His publications, which number around 80, have appeared in refereed ABDC listed journals worldwide.

Dr. A. Vinay Bhushan obtained his Master of Science from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He obtained his Ph.D. from the CMR University, Bangalore. He has more than 23 years of experience in teaching at management colleges. His area of research is in Business Analytics, Technology Management, and Industry 4.0.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Satpathy
Dr Rajesh Kumar Satpathy works at the Kirloskar Institute of Management in ent. He holds a Master's Degree in Management from Biju Patnaik University of Techno Harihar, Karnataka, as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Managemlogy, Rourkela, Odisha. In the discipline of Marketing and Branding, he earned his Ph. D. from the prestigious Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha, India.

Dr. Ravi Kumar foundational education includes a Bachelor of Business Management from Kuvempu University – A.R.G. College, Davangere.

Dr. Savitha G Lakkol is a graduate in commerce and post graduate in Business Administration from Mangalore University, pursued Doctoral degree from Kuvempu University. Has both industry and academic experience with long years of teaching experience of over 2 decades for MBA program at various institutions.
Dr. Chetan V Hiremath
He has undertaken may consultancy projects at state and national levels. Also, he has conducted many Faculty Development Workshops and Management Development Workshops. He has more than decade experience in teaching and research. He has presented and published many papers at national and international forums.

Prof. Shantika Murdeshwar, presently working as Assistant professor (Law) and officer in charge-legal. She is also a MSME-GoI Certified POSH trainer who ensures compliance of these aspects with PGDM students at KIM. She is also a certified MSME- GoI HR Recruiter. Her educational qualification includes: BCom, LLB, MBL, LLM, CS(Professional), MCom, PGDCJ.
Dr. Arthur Fernandes
has a robust academic foundation holding an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing, an MA in English, and a Doctoral degree in Management from Karnatak University, coupled with an Advanced Diploma in German. His UGC NET and KSET qualifications in the area of management, further demonstrate his dedicated commitment to higher education and teaching.
